Step 1 – Install Laravel 9 App
First of all, execute the following command on the command prompt to install/download laravel 9 fresh setup in your system or server:

Step 2 – Database Configuration Database
In this step, connect to laravel 9 app to the database. So open .env file and add the database detail like the following:
